On the morning of December 23, 2021, Director Yin Jianfeng and a delegation of three from the Shandong Provincial Four Entry Group, accompanied by Director Li Naitao from the Development Zone Economic Development Bureau, visited Rizhao Luguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for technical renovation project supervision and research. Zhang Qiling, Deputy General Manager of Luguang Electronics, and Wang Peng, CFO, accompanied the research team throughout the entire process on behalf of the company, introducing the company's production and other situations.
Vice President Zhang Qiling gave a detailed report on the progress of the company's new project "5G Communication Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Industrial Park" to the leaders of the provincial four entry group. And a detailed introduction was given to the updates, technological upgrades, and other aspects of the company's products in the next two years.
A new project with a five story factory building of 20000 square meters, with a planned total investment of 320 million yuan, is planned to produce 50 million IGBT single tubes (TO-220, TO-247, TO-3 series), IGBT (pure silicon wafers of 6 inches and below) single tube packaging testing, and 3 billion automotive grade diodes and transistors for 5G communication, high-speed rail, new energy vehicles, and high-end semiconductor key core devices in smart grid applications. The construction of the new factory building has been basically completed by the end of the year and is expected to be put into use next spring.
Then the leaders of the research group visited the company's production line and had a detailed understanding of the new generation of semiconductors. At the same time, detailed investigations have been conducted on whether enterprises have encountered difficulties in their development during the recent epidemic, the impact of the international situation on enterprises, and what problems need to be solved by government departments.
As the research was coming to an end, Director Yin Jianfeng of the Provincial Four Entry Group pointed out that the semiconductor industry is currently in a period of vigorous development. Enterprises need to leverage their geographical advantages, and local governments need to support their upgrading and development.
